Hers of course have faded just a bit because she wears them so much.
they're actually circa not vans and I don't think they're custom.
She is wearing 'Vans SID canvas' sneakers.
Virtually impossible to find, which goes for pretty much any old/vintage type sneakers Kristen wears, especially once she has been spotted wearing them.
