we have plastic surgery, breast, nose jobs,,etc...

how many people are paying these doctors to make them look fat?

ask the plastic surgeon near you---"how often do model thin or sporty women (famous or not) ask you to make them fat/huge?

have you even heard of plastic surgery techniques that are intended to give women/men cottage cheese thunder thighs or give them beer guts?
