Star of the new film I Love You Beth Cooper , Hayden Panettiere took in some shopping therapy with a friend in Los Angeles while wearing her favorite pair of 7 For All Mankind Shorty Shorts. The film centers around a nerdy valedictorian who proclaims his love for the most popular girl in school (Hayden) during his graduation speech. It opens July 10th.
