Paige Denim Releases Lou Lou Tulip Jean

The secret is out...Paige Denim has finally unveiled their new Lou Lou Ankle Flare jean - the product of months of hard work and secrecy. Three parts skinny jean and one part flare, the Lou Lou Tulip kicks out not at the knee, but below mid-calf which makes you look super skinny!

"The Lou Lou Tulip Jean has made the boot cut feel contemporary again" says Ron Herman denim buyer Brian Kaneda. "It's a timely update of a classic silhouette and we are thrilled to be launching alongside the team at Paige Premium Denim."

I got to ask designer Paige Adams-Geller a few questions about the new Lou Lou jean.

Liane: What inspired this new cut?

Paige: I wanted to find the perfect hybrid of a skinny that would elongate the legs with the rocker attitude of a flare. Viola! Legs that look miles long like a super model!

Liane: What is the measurement of the flare of the Lou Lou Tulip?

Paige: The Lou Lou Tulip cut has a leg opening of 22 ½"" total.

Liane: What washes will it be available in?

Paige: The Lou Lou will launch in the Sardinia and Deep Sea Pearl washes. Then will eventually evolve into Black Diamond, and Coast.

Liane: When can we expect to find them online?

Paige: They will be available exclusively at RonHerman.com at the beginning of August.

They're awesome! I hope they're available at 32" length and not just 34". Hemming those would just ruin the entire look. Not everyone is supermodel tall!
