Sweetpea smiley Miley Cyrus performs on The Today Show's Summer Concert Series dressed in at first I thought looked like Siwy Hannah Ankle Skinny Jeans in Tempest. But alas no! She was actually wearing jeans from her Wal-Mart line, Max & Miley.

Miley performed her new hit single, Party In The USA, as well as The Climb. No ice cream carts missing umbrellas were violated during this performance.
