Max & Miley Knock Off 4 Stroke Jeans?

We originally thought that Miley Cyrus was spotted wearing 4 Stroke Denim Shorts with the Roseland pocket. But while hunting Miley's Today Show appearance jeans, I discovered the Max & Miley for Wal-Mart promotional pictures. When Miley was interviewed on The Today Show, she said she's been wearing the Max & Miley denim everyday. I can not express how much it sucks when designers rip each other off. A creative genius of Max Azria's caliber should have been more giving with the creativity. In the long run I think it would make the Max & Miley line with stand the test time. So in conclusion, Miley's denim shorts are not a customized pair of 4 Stroke Roseland Super Skinny Jeans, but just a very similar (some would call knocked-off) pocket design to 4 Strokes Roseland pocket.
