My favorite child role model (I am not kidding my 9-year-old has a wall wallpapered in her posters), Miley Cyrus, is filming her new music video called "Party" in the U.S.A in Los Angeles wearing a pair of Siwy Splatter Paint Camilla Cut Off Shorts.
