Back from New York Fashion Week Nicky Hilton took in some retail therapy at Barney's wearing Work Custom Jeans Beatnik Shorts in Riviera. We've spotted Nicky wearing these before, and while part of the U.S. is enjoying fall, it's still summer here in Los Angeles so I appreciate her outfit.
