Gemma Arterton in Wrangler Jeans

Gemma Arterton who stars in the upcoming Tamara Drewe (a movie I really want to see) wore Wrangler high waisted jeans while out and about. This 24 year old is headed for stardom and is one of the most beautiful actresses. She recently has defended her size (a 10) to the same media that airbrushes and photoshop's almost every magazine photo we see.

Gemma is absolutely gorgeous (I agree: barring the cigarette!) and I loved her in "Tess" on Masterpiece Classics on PBS and in the hilarious "Lost in Austen" (worth a viewing). But there's no way that she's an American size 10. Do you mean UK sizes (which would be what? A size 6 US???)?
