I think HIlary Duff should name her book tour "The Fashionable Elixir Tour". Here she is looking fab once again at her latest stop in Miami, wearing J Brand "Camouflage" Leggings. This is her second J Brand sighting this week, having worn the "Agnes Stealth" in NYC. The hombre hair trend looks good on Duff also and I love her smokey eyes... total fashion win!
