Stepping out from her court appointed rehab at the Betty Ford Center, Lindsay Lohan greeted the paps with a smile wearing Work Custom Jeans "Panther" Cargo Shorts. While it is easy to be cynical about Lindsay and her troubles, I truly hope she finally is getting the help she needs and finds happiness in her life.
