I guess most people don't turn up to do their community service in skinny jeans and heels. But then again most people probably aren't being followed by a bunch of paparazzi either. Paris Hilton makes sure that she still looks photogenic in a pair of Siwy Denim skinny jeans and some Christian Louboutin heels whilst cleaning graffiti as part of the 200 hours of community service she incurred for being busted with drugs in Las Vegas earlier this year.
