Denim No-No-No: How Not To Wear Jeggings

Today Denimology would like to introduce to you, a new rule, which we thought was unspoken but SOMEONE (This means you Coco) missed the memo. We introduce denim rule #3725. Coco we get that you are curvy and not much fits ~~and that you don't like to wear clothes that do anyhow~~ perfectly. We know that you are a sex symbol ~~in your own mind.... well maybe in Ice-T's~~ too.

But honey baby bunny, NEVER, like never ever, should you be seen in a crop top and jeggings together at one time because Jeggings (the type made of stretchy cotton, not denim) are not pants!

So what did we learn today kids? Denim rule #3725: Jeggings are not pants!

Coco looks adorable and sexy in her "jeggings". Seems like someone who wrote this "article/caption" has a problem with women who have real figures and not anorexic ones. Oh, and before you assume that I'm "fat", I'm 5'8, 130 lbs.

Judging normal looking women like you did to Coco just causes eating disorders and self-hatred. You should be ashamed.

Well, that's an exagerration, Lisette. My teen daughter is 120 pounds, stands only 5'7", wears a size 2-4 and looks perfectly lovely in them. The key to wearing jeggings is not having cellulite. I've been a runner and still had cellulite even when I weighed 110 pounds. Even the dark designer jeggings that fit me perfectly shows off cellulite under bright lights.

I don't agree with that comment either really. I am 5'6, I weigh 165 lbs and I have more ass than most peeps know what to do with and I wear all denim jeggings. The key is covering your booty a little bit.

Um... I'm gonna take that as a compliment although the normal protocol would be saying something more along the lines of you cut a fine figure madam. Something like that is a lot more cordial. :)

Mary, The point is exactly that: we all have more or less cellulite to hide. So why squeeze into some jeggings when there are so many form-flattering options in jeans-styles ?????

This is exactly EXACTLY my point: thou shalt not wear jeggings if you are not at least 6 feet tall and weight more than 120 pounds!!!!
