Ready to Fish by Ilja Visser FW2011 RTW

In her Fall/Winter 2011 Collection, designer Ilja Visser chose Cirque de Burlesque theme for her Ready to Fish F/W 2011 show. Guests received popcorn and cotton candy and were greeted by (IMO scary as hell) clowns. The show was decorated like a circus atmosphere with a swing and trampoline for the models to pose with. The line had pleated denim shorts and pants, capes, flowing tops and chunky hand knit jumpers. The palette was dark consisting of mostly black and shades of grey, enhanced by a healthy dollop of red shades.
