R&B singer Chris Brown smiles for the paparazzi as he arrives at Ronald Reagan National Airport on Wednesday in Washington D.C. The young singer wore a Lakers cap and a Levi's For Opening Ceremony Popover Denim Hoodie at the airport. Chris was in town to promote his new album F.A.M.E. which hits stores next week.
