Jay-Z (along with his wifey Beyonce) was spotted leaving The Hotel Maurice and heading to dinner at Le 39 V Restaurant in Paris today. Jay-Z, who is letting his hair grow out a bit, looked quite youthful wearing his G-Star Denim Jacket.
