Celeb stylist and brand new mommy, Rachel Zoe is papped out and about in West Hollywood wearing the Storm signature wide leg by bargain brand, Level 99. This is a huge win for the brand. I'd take this as a frugal fashion nod for sure if you dig Rachel's 70's inspired style.

  I love level 99 jeans!  They have such a silky soft feel and they look like they should cost a lot more than they do.
