Denimology

I must confess that my favorite shoes are not a high platform, chunky wedge or spiked stiletto. They are the world famous, original basketball shoe, Chuck Taylors.

Tenue de Nimes has created a pint size crop of just 50 pairs of stunning hand-numbered shoes, dyed in natural indigo. Because of the irregular composition of natural indigo, the shoes all have a different signature. Each shoe is unique thanks to hand-dyed, natural ingredients. Every shoe is decorated with a Tenue de Nîmes cross on the inner sole. The shoes are sold in a Ramupya natural cotton bag and are exclusively available at Tenue de Nîmes in Amsterdam for €89,90.

To own a pair of these would be incredible but I know this is all just a dream. Maybe I can fashion my own from my own white ones.... le sigh.
