Tommy Style - Raleigh Denim Straight Fit Jeans
I'm happy to say that I am writing this review from California... finally! The road trip was amazing, and an experience I will never forget. If you have not taken a road trip, you should do so soon, because it is a lot of fun. It does not have to be as intense as mine, even a short one can be the best part of your summer. Speaking of summer.... can it stay summer forever? Actually, I am pretty excited for the fall/winter trends coming up, so I guess I will be fine when summer comes an end.
I have to say... Raleigh Denim made it very easy to fall in love with these jeans. I strongly suggest you go check out anything by Raleigh Denim the second you finish reading this review. Finally a denim company that is all about a great pair of well-crafted jeans. You won't see any embroidery or anything tacky on these jeans, and I love it. And another awesome thing is they only make a limited amount of each jean, I tried on pair 51 out of 170. I should probably tell you that I am reviewing the Nash-Rinse Straight Fit before I get carried away talking about how awesome this brand is. If you have read any of my reviews before, you know I'm all about skinny jeans, and slim straights (sometimes) so I was kind of bummed out when I saw that this pair of jeans were straight leg. Of course I got over it because I was so excited to finally try on a pair of jeans by Raleigh Denim. Even though straight leg jeans are not my thing, I love them for many reasons. The fit around my waist is amazing, I normally wear a 29 waist but these were a 30. Generally if you are getting a rigid pair of jeans, you size up one because they run small. This definitely was the most rigid pair of jeans I have ever tried on, and they are begging for you to wear them everyday and make them yours. They are made of selvedge denim, and it's of great quality.
Dark denim is so easy to match with anything, and if you ever hang out with me, you'll know, dark jeans are my "go to" jeans. Well it's summer time, so what better to wear than a gingham shirt. This look is effortlessly easy and can be transitioned from day to night. Although the jeans were a little bit looser than what I normally wear, I think they worked pretty awesome with a pair of my aged black boots.
If you are in the market for a new pair of jeans, and want them crafted well, definitely check out Raleigh Denim.
