My wife and I were in Stockholm a few weeks ago but did not see any flare jeans in stores or on the streets. The same for Berlin, Amsterdam and some of the Baltic cities. It was skinny-skinny-skinny everywhere. The flare trend must be an American thing because it sure was not in Europe. (although we did not visit London which is often far trendier)
