Closed Does Neon

What can be more refreshing than beautiful bright colors on a drab dark short winter day? Closed definitely got this right in their capsule collection of neon colors. I can imagine how cool each of these Neons will work well tucked into high black boots and crowned with an oversized black sweater...or maybe, if you are a more fashion forward kind of person, why not mix the bright yellow jeans with a bright pink sweater!
