Introducing: d.brand F/W 2011 Lookbook

I got introduced to Swedish d.brand for the first time in their showroom here in NYC. d.brand was founded in Europe around 6 years ago with the purpose of producing an alternative to overpriced designer denim. Their jeans sell in a price range of $104 to $170. This Fall/Winter 2011 collection is their debut collection in the US. Now let me tell you something "funny"?! - when I asked them what the "d" in d. brand stands for I got a weird look and a laconic answer: "'d' for 'd'enim , of course!" Oh, well! I can't think of a better way to describe d.brand. ;-)
