Diesel's newest Fit Your Attitude campaign features it girls Coco Rocha, Poppy Delevigne, Kasia Smutniak, Tali Lennox, and Theodora Richards. Accompanying this release are actual interviews with the 'it girls' themselves.
The spirit of these ingredients join to create Diesel's new Fall / Winter 2012 Fit Your Attitude collection of denim. Kasia, Poppy, Coco, Tali and Theodora all express their individual personalities and iconic styles through Diesel's new range of denim. Kasia interprets the chic and sexy woman by wearing the high waist Highkee. Poppy exudes confidence in the bootcut Bootzee. Coco embraces strength and playfulness in the skinny Getlegg. Tali shows spontaneity boasting the Faithlegg style and Theodora manifests her free spirited personality wearing the super skinny Grupee.
All the girls wear a full Diesel look and feature the new DENIMIZE eyewear collection.
Too bad they didn't include the Denimology it girl, Lisette, wearing her beloved MyGuy Diesel boyfriend jeans :-(. But that is OK, I love the video as it is :-) - maybe next time, you never know!
BRAVE & REAL - GETLEGG- (COCO ROCHAS)
1. WHAT IS BRAVENESS FOR U?
Braveness for me is running into my basement with no socks on. There are HUGE spiders down there!! On a more serious note I think it is also very brave to tell someone you love them, and mean it.
2. THE BRAVEST THING YOU DID IN YOUR LIFE?
A few years back Anna Wintour asked me to speak before a large group of designers about the pressures on models, and specifically models' weight issues which has long been a taboo subject. That took more than a little bravery.
3. AND NEXT ONE YOU ARE PLANNING TO DO?
The next brave thing I'm planning to do is star in a TV show called The Face. I'll be a model mentor alongside Naomi Campbell. Being on TV is largely an unknown realm for me, so I feel it takes a good amount of bravery on my part!
4. THE BRAVEST LOOK EVER?
For me whenever I really get serious about something I pull my hair back into a tight pony tail. If you see me with that you know I mean business.
5. YOUR BRAVE SOUNDTRACK/SONG
I've always thought Bjork's "New World" from the Selmasong album epitomized bravery. Something about it is so courageous.
1. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TODAY TO BE AN INDEPENDENT WOMAN?
To follow your head, your heart, and depend on only yourself to make your decisions and not give a damn about how others may judge you.
2. ONLY 2 ITEMS TO GET DRESSED AND FEEL SPONTANEOUS, WHICH ONES?
A vintage hat, and a nice pair of knickers.
3. WHEN DID YOU REALLY FEEL INDEPENDENT FOR THE FIRST TIME?
When I was a baby I would follow my sister everywhere and do anything she told me, until I hit 4, went to nursery, realised I was my own person, and started defiantly saying to my sister all the time, "I am myself Lola!".
