The Unknown Factory Fall 2009 Look Book

The Unknown Factory is a denim line designed by French-born Eli and Moshe Azran. At a young age, the brothers started working in the denim industry. Eli with 575, Taverniti, and Neo in his teens, and Moshe with Yanuk and Taverniti. They are both in their EARLY twenties! Their denim look: fresh and effortless. Complimentary of a woman's shape. Their line consists of premium denim with European influences and a fashion-forward details.

Pepe Jeans London A/W 09 Campaign

Pepe Jeans London introduces its advertising campaign for the AW09 season photographed by Tom Munro. Featured within the campaign is new face Jesus Luz of Ford Models, who just so happens to be Madonna's current love interest. The shots follow a group of fashionable young bohemians hanging out away from their city lives in a beautiful, golden, autumnal landscape - miles away from the stress and pressures of the modern world! Babette Pauthier Denim Editorial for Pure Mag

London-based and French-born photographer, Babette Pauthier recently shot a denim themed editorial for Portuguese online magazine, Pure. Denim is done justice in this beautiful blue themed shoot. The pieces involved, are vintage and consist of a cut-out denim jacket, denim prints on soft fabrics and bleached out denim and a denim romper. Babette brings back to me what made me fall in love with denim nearly 20 years ago now, whether the denim be premium or vintage, second hand or just plain economical and from Wal-Mart.

Citizens of Humanity/Will Lemon Collaboration

Launching Citizens of Humanity's artist collaboration series for Spring 2010 is master tee screen printer and body painting artist, Will Lemon. Citizens of Humanity and Will Lemon have joined forces to create unique hand washed and dyed screen painted t-shirt collection made from "lived-in" ultra soft 100% cotton knit fabric.

The initial attraction was to Lemon was his unique body painting designs. The goal was to translate these designs into t-shirts finished in the perfected for Citizens of Humanity denim wash process.

The series of t shirts are based on the cycle of nature. The limited edition t-shirts will be released in 2 groups of three designs each. The first will be in stores in January, 2010 and the second series will be available in stores beginning in March, 2010.
