Dsquared2's S/S 12 ad campaign shows Russian model Natasha Poly having a picnic with a multitude of gorgeous hunks.
I don't understand why brands love to use the American flag as a background prop? In this case, Dsquared2, an Italian denim focused brand. Maybe because jeans are the quintessence of American culture?
An even bigger question though, why is Ms. Poly holding her breast in that photo with her arm around the young man? Wardrobe malfunction? I feel as though I have seen this ad before, regardless, I do love the way twin brothers Dean and Dan, founders and designers of Dsquared2, are experimenting with different washes and styles in all of their collections.

You get all the quality and detailing of premium Japanese selvedge denim but at a price of £70 that is far more reasonable that you will find anywhere else.

As they have in past campaigns, CLOSED is continuing to use real, creative people rather than models to showcase their products. The current campaign features Ry Cuming, an Australian singer/songwriter who also performs the background music and Maya Villiger, a Swiss-born photographer and blogger who was in CLOSED's Fall 11 campaign. I think the idea of using real people in the ad campaign encourages ordinary folks like you and me to identify more closely with the brand... which has got to be a good thing.
John John Spring/Sumer 2012 Ad Campaign
If you asked me to define Brazilian brand John John, I would say that they give us Brazilian Jeans with a California lifestyle. I only just recently discovered this brand and I love it already! Pra frente, John John! (That's Portuguese for "Way to go, John John") {ahem! showing off my Portuguese here LOL}

Wrangler 2012 Ad Campaign
The new ad campaign from Wrangler Australia is due to launch in Jan 2120 but we have a sneak peak. Once again they have chosen to use London based photographer Boo George whose portfolio includes work for magazines like Love, Vogue, V, Dazed & Confused and I-D.
