Dolce & Gabbana Fall 2010 Collection
Milan Fashion Week kicked off yesterday and one of the first brands to show were Dolce & Gabbana who included a couple of pairs of jeans in their collection. The denim was faded and appeared to have been taken to a building site and then laid in a muddy puddle before being run over a few times with a truck.
Felder Felder Spring/Summer 2010
Never a dull program, Daniela and Annette Felder rocked the runway as their styles rolled down the catwalk. The SS2010 line was inspired by Material Girl Madge. Models stomped down to 'Into the Groove' looking super similar too the costumes worn on her Blonde Ambition Tour. The denim pieces in this line are enhanced with sequins a plenty, studs galore, 80's style cut-out jeans and leather and fiery flamed fabrics aplenty.

Dolce & Gabbana Denim Spring 2010
Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana's Spring 2010 collection consumed the spirit of the iconic American West with faded denim snap-front shirts, saddle-leather bustiers, delicately cascading womanly dresses, strapless & beyond ruffled mini dresses and LOTS of when the west was wild types of denim! This collection is the freshest line I have seen presented at a fashion week for the coming season. Hands down my winner. Check out all of your favorite supermodels in high res in the gallery below.
Baby Phat S/S 2010
Somehow under the flurry of the Spring/Summer 2010 shows in New York we missed Kimora Lee Simmons Baby Phat collection (who also streamed their show live in Times Square). Maybe it was the amazing Baby Phat tie-dyed jeans we saw in V Magazine that reminded us how far the brand has come. The S/S 2010 line was a mix of Talitha Getty Morocco meets todays denim must haves from washes to distressed denim for both men and women. None the less, I'm glad we're on it now, better late than never!
Banana Republic Spring 2010 Collection
Banana Republic, a brand most traditionally known for its office clothes including perfect chinos and dress shirts, threw caution to the wind with its Spring 2010 collection. Showing last Thursday night, the line featured some new relaxed and distressed denim looks. We love this new side of Banana Republic!
Future Heretics Spring/Summer RTW 2010
Future Heretics showed at Los Angeles Fashion Week last week, featuring 80's inspired street smart denim looks including distressed denim, zippered, biker and military styles. Just before the show started, paper-bagged 40's of Colt 45 were distributed to those in the front row. I'm sure the couture-coifed celebs loved that!
