Cycle F/W 2012 Women's Lookbook

Cycle-FW12-13-14.jpg

This first image of Italian brand Cycle is really one of my favorites. Why? Because it clearly demonstrates how you can look extremely classy and elegant even with a denim shirt - it all comes down to the fundamentals of coordinating your clothes. It depends on what you wear it with and how you pair it.

Clearly, the Italians are masters of combining elegance with edge, so the picture below shows us this amazing denim suit. Again, depending on how you wear it, it can be classic or edgy or even bohemian .

Cycle is a brand to use when you want to make an impact and make your presence known without having to resort to an outfit that belongs more on a red carpet than on a city sidewalk - I am sure you get my point!

Cheap Monday Fall 2012 Lookbook

CheapMonday-F12-04.jpg

When Swedish brand Cheap Monday first launched, they actually were "cheap" any day of the week. LOL!

Not so much anymore, their prices have gone up, but, oh well, that's the name of the game, right!? Right now their jeans are selling for around $100 compared with $65 when they first started.

Another thing I have noted in this collection is that they are now offering us a real baggy looking pair of jeans, whereas before the Cheap's were known for their high-waisted super skinny tight jeans. I am not so sure about this baggy look... let us know what you think!

TEXTILE Elizabeth and James Fall 2012 Lookbook

TextileElizAndJames-F12-08.jpg

Yet another amazing lookbook! This coming season TEXTILE Elizabeth and James is showing a somewhat skinnier jean than the flares and bootcuts they have come to be known for.

I love the way that even their skinny jeans have that certain Elizabeth and James touch. They are skinny, but they have knife pockets instead of the traditional 5 pockets. I have a special love for the red striped skinnies above and a close second for the camouflage print pair also. I would expect these jeans to be made of only the softest denim -- another TEXTILE trademark!

Kunna Fall/Winter 2012 Lookbook

IMG_9045.jpg

I am at a bit of a loss with this lookbook. :-(

For fall 2012 Japanese brand Kunna is apparently showing us only 2 different pairs of jeans and in two different kinds of washes. They are baggy and obviously made for comfort and not so much for style. As I always point out: there is a pair of jeans for every BODY, so I am sure that Kunna has its devoted followers as much as other brands.

Too bad that they don't do women's jeans anymore, I really used to love their styles and washes.

Level 99 F/W 2012 Lookbook

L99_Fall2012_1a.jpg

So you want to be fashionable and trendy but no way are you going to get whacked with a huge bill. I agree with you. Totally! That's why I love Level 99. I can get all the fashion I want, and more, and still have enough left over to pay my unfashionable.... sigh... bills. All of their jeans sell for $98 to $120.

Level 99 is giving you the gamut: straight, skinny and bootcuts, prints, colored, coated and prints. Level 99 rocks! :-)
