In some universe out there, apparently Mischa Barton is a fashion icon. I saw her one time on some Brit fashion show and they were having her talk (in her totally weird and affected voice) about her "like totallleee amaaaaaaaaay-ziiinnnn and yuuuunique style". I did not see it then and I certainly don't see it now... though all of the pieces of this outfit could work if styled correctly. Anyway... Mischa is sporting vintage shredded Levi's denim here.

The actress recently was granted a restraining order against Richard Franco, the alleged stalker who has been accused of trespassing on Halle's property multiple times. Buget Style - Genetic Turner Cuffed Denim Shorts
Hi everybody, I am so excited to share with you my first review for Denimology. So let's start with a little bit about myself. I am Buget from StyleByBuett blog. I started to share daily outfits in my blog about 6 months ago. I've always loved clothes and putting together different outfits and styles. So the blog works out great for me to reflect a part of my life that I love the most. I currently live in Orange County in Southern California. The environment and weather here really affect my style. I love to adapt different looks and put them together to create a personal style which suits me.
Ok, so let's move on to these awesome shorts and tell you a little bit about how they fit and feel. First of all, of course you don't know me yet but I can never tell you enough about my love for shorts. So when I received the first review product, I got very excited as you might guess since it was a pair of Genetic Turner Cuffed denim shorts. The very first thing I have noticed was how soft these jeans shorts were. Usually the problem with denim shorts is that they might end up not being very comfortable because of their hard material. But this pair was definitely not one of those, they felt amazingly soft. Even before putting them on, I could tell how comfortable they were going to be. They are very very stretchy so this helps a lot to prevent that harsh denim feel.
I was also a little nervous about how they were going to fit on me. Honestly I cannot shop for jeans online. I hear some people agreeing with me because they all fit slightly different. And these jean shorts, ohh yes you can trust 'em! They run perfect to the size, and with the stretchy material, they will give you enough room to go little bit larger or smaller. The waist is not tight, so it certainly will leave enough space for you to move around.
Another important thing about denim is pockets of course. Everybody likes different styles and I am the kind of person that would rather have the simpler pockets. It makes it a lot easier to style with, and I think denim is enough by itself to make the impression. So these shorts surely give you style as well as being practical.
For those of you who are wondering if these shorts are low cut or high waisted, they are right in the middle. No worries about if something is going to show when you bend down.
The price runs around $130 at BlueHeavenBoutique.com. So some of us might think it's little bit too much for a pair of jean shorts, but these kind of shorts will never go out of style. As long as you take care of them, you will wear them forever. I think they are a great investment for anyone's closet.
