Eliza Doolittle In Vintage Levi's Shorts
Since Lady Gaga arrived on the scene I have noticed that up and coming female pop stars are not allowed to wear anything more than the bare minimum during promo duties. Eliza Doolittle and her stylists took this "less is more" brief and gave it an early 90s rave style makeover courtesy of some vintage Levi's denim shorts and plenty of neon accessories. Not the most subtle of looks but then certainly one guaranteed to get you noticed... which is what being a pop star is all about.
Chanel Iman + Behati Prinsloo in Victoria's Secret Pink + Levi's Denim Shorts
Angels Chanel Iman and Behati Prinsloo pose for pictures at Victoria's Secret Pink Nation Beach Bash in Miami Beach. The two super models both wore denim shorts. Behati sported her much loved Levi's denim shorts while Chanel sported a pair of Victoria's Secret Pink Denim Shorts.
Candice Swanepoel in Tiny Denim Shorts
New York based photographer Seth Sabal's latest portraits star four Victoria's Secret Angels. One of Denimology's favorite angels, Candice Swanepoel shows off her fabulous figure in a couple pairs of teeny weeny denim shorts. I'm interested to know what this shoot is for exactly... other than lucky Seth snapping shots of lust-worthy sex symbols.
Ciara In 7 For All Mankind Denim Shorts
Ciara showed off an enviably athletic pair of toned legs in some 7 For All Mankind denim shorts whilst paying a visit to a medical building in Beverly Hills earlier this week.
Kylie Jenner In Vintage Levi's Denim Shorts
Today is the day when we witness a whole new world of product placement opportunities open up for the Kardashian/Jenner Corporation. To my knowledge this is the first solo papped photo of Kim K's little sister Kylie Jenner, who opted for a pair of vintage Levi's denim shorts for the big occasion. I imagine there must be a load of teen focused brands out there that are just quivering with excitement at the marketing possibilities this young lady will no doubt have to offer them.
Twenty8Twelve Spring 2011 Lookbook
Sienna Miller and sister Savannah have consistently impressed me with their Twenty8Twelve collections and the Spring 2011 lookbook hits it out of the park. Looking at the images shown here I was reminded of the Jovovich/Hawk line, a favorite of mine that I missed out both in age and ability to buy. Inspired by vintage with a decidedly current twist, both of these collections reflect the women behind the labels and their individual style. Sienna Miller apparently can't have a bad hair day and although her film career has been eclipsed by her personal life her fashion line is where she gets her best results.
