I've been checking out some authenticity guides recently and comparing them to my jeans at home for fun. However, I've noticed that there is one discrepancy.
Most guides list the microstiching on the tags of Diesel jeans as a signature of authentic jeans. [They're located below the "made in italy/morroco/etc"]. Apparently they've been doing it on the jeans since about 2003.
However, I've taken a look at one pair that i have (the manufacture date on the label is February 2003) and they don't have the microstiching. Also, people online have reported that some current jeans sold at diesel flagship stores have been spotted without microstiching. Just a heads up.
