Audrina Patridge In Divine Rights Of Denim

Audrina Patridge is one of my favourite people in The Hills so it is good news to hear that she is going to remain on our screens in a spin-off show. In the meantime she is keeping busy by appearing at a press conference for the 2009 MTV Awards in Sydney, Australia. Another thing I like about about Audrina is that she is not one of these celebs who supposedly partners with a denim brand and is then never seens wearing their jeans. As these photos demonstrate, she is regularly seen wearing Divine Rights Of Denim for whom she is the brand ambassador.

UNIQLO Spring Summer 2009 Lookbook

Known for their great styles and even better price point, UNIQLO has been a favorite of fashionistas everywhere since their inception in 2005. Tagged as a "new-style Japanese firm making good casual clothes available for all to wear", UNIQLO has rolled out a line this spring that is not only pleasing to the eye, but once again, pleasing to the check book too.

For us ladies, UNIQLO is offering flirty colors in a new straight and skinny cut, ranging from seafoam greens to adorable cotton-candy pinks.

"The super-stretch fabric lends itself perfectly to the body skimming skinny design and is made from the softest cotton before being treated with the distinctive and nostalgic stonewash effect, modernised in UNIQLO's inimitable colourful style" said Liz Roscoe of Modus Publicity for the SS09 collection.

And for the gents...don't worry, you have not been left out...not even close. With the success of UNIQLO's women's line, 2009 brings the launch of a new menswear collection.

Sticking with the Japanese Premium tradition that has brought them thus far, UNIQLO is offering two cuts for men: Slim Fit and Regular Fit Jeans. They will be available in blue, black and indigo (regular fit only in black and indigo).

UNIQLO's women's collection is offered in UNIQLO stores and online at uniqlo.co.uk and retails for an amazing $35.00 USD whilst the men's collection is found exclusively Selfridges in London for around $70.00 USD.

Cheap Monday Distressed Denim World Tour

Great News: our fav under $100 per-pair-brand, Cheap Monday, is here in New York. As of this Monday, the meticulous Swedish jean's maker set up shop in SoHo at trendy boutique Inven.Tory. Located at 19 Kenmare Street, New York, NY 10012, the store is open 12-8 daily.

However, here's the bad news of the story: They are only here while their inventory is available, and they've only brought with them exactly 50 pairs of jeans. And to be even more exact, "50 pairs of one-of-a-kind distressed unisex jeans that have undergone customized sandpapering, punching, patching, sewing and various other destructive treatments and washing," says Elle Magazine. The jeans are even numbered-#201-250.

Dubbed the "Cheap Monday Distressed Denim World Tour" the brand is making various and poignant store-stops in Stockholm, Copenhagen, New York, Berlin, and London, bringing to us sweet one of a kind and limited edition denim. There are also rumors that the brand will head to Tokyo and possibly Los Angeles, as well.

The initial price point of any given pair of Cheap Monday's, as you probably already know, is around $70.00. Well, these limited edition distressed jeans? $70.00. No joke. I have a feeling that eBay may be flooded. Let us know if you make it to the sale!

The Disney Star was on his way to the Sydney premiere of his new movie, 17 Again. In the movie, Zac stars as the young version of Mike O'Donnell, a guy whose life didn't quite turn out how he wanted it to and wishes he could go back to high school and change it.
