Sav Style - Henry & Belle Ideal Super Skinny Jeans

IMG_1158.jpg

My postings became so scarce as the school year wound down that I actually had to email Andy for my password just to log in (not my finest moment as a blogger). I'm happy to say I've been working since school got out putting together fashion shoots and making videos. Getting caught up on reviews comes with the sting of realizing I'm way behind. When I got back to my "jeans to be reviewed" shelf I had these Henry & Belle Super Stretch Skinny jeans waiting for me and I was pretty stoked to get back to it.

What drew my eye to these jeans was definitely the wash which incorporated some of the tie-dye effects of a season ago with the new DIY color fading trend that I'm wanting to try out. I like that the color changes just around the ankle and is not too overdone. While I'm on the topic of the ankle, since the denim has stretch the ankle could have been made smaller (or skinnier) I am one of those people who like my skinny jeans to be skinny down to the last bit. Other than the ankle I like the fit of the jeans and the placement and size of the pockets makes them what I like to call - great butt pants. These definitely feel like a summer jean that is fresh and fun. This is my first try at a pair of Henry & Belle jeans and I will say that it is a brand I will keep my eye on from now on. I paired the jeans with a Hellz Bellz t-shirt and Jeffrey Campbell Lita Boots. I will say my Jeffrey Campbell obsession has hit an all-time fever pitch land nothing beats perfect jeans with a bit of Hellz!

Priced at $128.00 and available in multiple washes Henry & Belle Ideal Super Stretch Skinny are available online here.

Miranda Kerr In Nobody Denim

Miranda Kerr is not one to sacrifice style just because she has to catch a flight, whilst some people might slip on a comfy pair of sweatpants, this supermodel opted for the tightest pair of skinny jeans she could find - which came courtesy of the Australian brand Nobody. This style is the Cult Skinny in Code and is available via our online store for £150.

Denimology Loves Current/Elliott Leopard Jeans

Each week we select our favorite denim pieces available at Net-A-Porter along with the perfect outfit to complete a look. What does Denimology LOVE at Net-A-Porter this week?

I am loving audaciously printed jeans; especially these leopard print ones from Current/Elliott. Why do I adore these loud animal print jean so?

The Current/Elliott Stiletto Leopard Print Jeans in Camel are ideal for making a scene. The are paradigmatically faded for a love-worn effect. With this fad, denim proves to be the hippest way to wear leopard-print. Partner them with a simple graphic tee and a bold accessory
